"Service" refers to the AI-powered content creation and collaborative editing platform provided by Draft and Edit exclusively for WordPress users. "User" means any individual or entity accessing the Service, including owners, editors, and reviewers.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Owners, editors, and reviewers must comply with any additional eligibility requirements as specified during registration.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Service includes features such as AI-generated draft creation, WordPress integration, and collaborative workflows. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Users are assigned roles (Owner, Editor, Reviewer) with specific responsibilities. The Owner manages account settings, content guidelines, and payout requests, while Editors and Reviewers perform content refinement and quality assurance. The Owner may also perform Editor or Reviewer duties at their discretion.
Draft and Edit offers various subscription plans. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Payment details must be kept up to date, and any unauthorized use of your account is your responsibility.
All content, software, and related materials provided by Draft and Edit are the property of Draft and Edit or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service solely for your own internal business purposes.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Draft and Edit does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.
In no event shall Draft and Edit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service.
Draft and Edit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
